If you have a qualified nail tech, it is possible. It will help to strengthen them and add length for a french pedi. You may be able to find a silk wrap kit for toes at a beauty supply store. Another idea would be to get acrylics, if you like them, on the big toes. Either way, they'll need maintenance and if you're interested in doing two toenails it shouldn't be too expensive too add that to the pedi.
