Not if you wear socks. You should be ok. When I get one done they usually tell me to wait 2-3 hours before putting on shoes.How long after a pedicure should i wait?
I usually wait a day, but then again I get acrylic on my toes(only my big toes though)because they are so weak and brittle.
Hoo! That's a toughie! If you stick to upper body exercises and wear flip-flops or sandals, I think you will be OK.
No after your nails dry under the light you should be good.

I dont think that youll ruin your pedicure.
