How to give my self a manicure and pedicure, with stuff I already have at home (see details)?

Can I give myself a manicure / pedicure? Can I use olive oil for cuticle oil?, regular salt for foot salt? And what else will I need? I have pumice stone, a bucket, nail polish, file, clippers etc.
