I just moved to Victoria, BC, Canada for university and I'm from Brazil where people generally get their nails done every week because it's so cheap. Why is it so expensive here? Can anyone suggest a salon that I could get my nails done at a reasonable price?Why is manicure and pedicure so expensive in Canada?
