i've heard about the use of peroxide while doing the two...is it necessary though?

Peroxide for what? To do a manicure or pedicure at home, please get a nail file and buffer for your nails and pumice stone to scrub your feet. Use an exfoliating scrub followed by a shea butter lotion to lock in the moisture. Scrub nail plate with alcohol, then polish with a base coat, two coats of polish, and a top coat.How to do a manicure and pedicure at home?
How to get perfect nails -





1. Remove old nail polish with Nail Polish Remover.


2. Put your hand into a lukewarm soapwater to soften up the skin.


3. Apply Cuticle Remover Gel, leave it on for a few minutes and then gently push back cuticles.


4. Use a nail file to shape nails nicely with strokes from side to centre.


5. Use the Nail Polish Remover once again on the nails to remove the last traces of gel and soap and make the surface well prepared for the up-coming nail polish.


6. Coat nails with 2-in-1 Nail Hardener to make nail polish last longer.


7. Apply nail polish in three straight strokes, one down the centre and one on either side. Allow the first coat to dry before applying a second.


8. Finish off with a coat of 2-in-1 Nail Hardener to protect the nail and prevent colour from chipping.

1. Remove old nail polish from toe nails with Nail Polish Remover.


2. Soak feet in a basin of warm water, and massage your feet to destress your entire body.


3. Cut toenails straight across the top.


4. Smooth and slightly shape by filing the nails in one direction with a nail file.


5. Apply Multi Vitamin Nail %26amp; Cuticle Cream on the cuticles, leave it on for a few minutes and then gently push back cuticles.


6. Apply Exfoliating Foot Scrub to remove hard skin, rub with a foot file, and then rinse off.


7. Massage Soothing Foot Cream between toes and over entire foot.


8. Dry thoroughly and apply Deodorising Foot Powder.
