What's the Best way to give a Pedicure??

I sit on the ground and my grandma sits in her chair while I work on her feet. It can get pretty uncomfortable.


Is there an easier way to do this?? (without buying one of those chairs they have at the salons of course)!?What's the Best way to give a Pedicure??
