How much money does it usually take for a basic pedicure with the little flower design on each big toe cost?

The flower design I'm talking about is that little one that a lot of people get just on both of thier big toes when they get a pedicure.How much money does it usually take for a basic pedicure with the little flower design on each big toe cost?
Well....it depends where you go.......I go to a tiny, cheap salon where everybody is Chinease!! haha But there it costs $28 for a normal pedicure.....and with designs, it is just 3 or 4 extra bucks. Make sure you don't forget to include tip though!!

Would you believe $ 30.00 and up.to much for a middle school girl to afford,i guess.
average is 15 for a regular pedicure and 17 for a spa and 2 per design
